If you need to reschedule your Pop-up course online Follow-up session, you can do this yourself through our online booking tool. This gives you the freedom to find a slot that fits best into your schedule.
Here are step by step instructions for rescheduling:
Check which times are available by visiting the teacher page and have a look at the calendar after selecting ‘Online Follow-up’ (you will be asked to log into your Gokhale Method account)
Visit your personal user dashboard by clicking on this link: https://gokhalemethod.com/user_dashboard
Locate your Follow-up session in the list of upcoming reservations and click on ‘Manage’
On the Reservation details page click on ‘Modify’Select a date (check point 1 to easily see which days have availability)
From the list of available times select one that suits you
If you want you can add a message that will be sent to your teacher via email
Click ‘Submit’
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your new online Follow-up date and time
Please note: You are able to reschedule your Follow-up session up until 48 hours before the appointment starts. After that you need to reach out to our customer support team.
